Fee-waiver guarantee
If the annualized low-end of the deduplicated recurring DBU cost-reduction opportunity, at Databricks published list rates, does not exceed $4,500, the fee is waived or refunded. You keep the report and evidence either way.
Covers Databricks DBU charges only , not Azure VM, disk, storage, or network. Finding an opportunity is not the same as realizing it; implementation stays with you. Non-dollar reliability/governance findings are included but do not count toward the fee threshold.
